As a musician it's very important to have a healthy body and a creative mind.
I started teaching Healing Yoga in 2012 with private lessons and smaller groups.
In summer 2015 I was awarded a yoga teaching certificate from the infamous teacher training "Yoga Vidya Gurukul“ in Nashik/India. I gained a lot of experience here learning about the traditional yogic lifestyle that is unique to India. There are many ancient techniques written in Patanjalis Ashtanga Yoga Sutras 200 B.C.
Furthermore I learned the benefits of modern styles of yoga which are based on the traditional idea, e.g. Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Nada, Nidra and Karma Yoga.
All sessions that I teach are created for the individual needs of my students.
-Asanas (Hatha postures), from supine, prone, sitting and standing position.
-Pranayama (breathing techniques), alternate nostril, fast and deep, retention, cooling, bellows breath.
-Shatkarma (cleansing techniques), frontal lobe, nose, eyes and stomach.
-Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Nada (sound meditation, body percussion)
-Diet, organic food is required to purify body and mind
